While this may not be an issue for other guests it was material for my partner and I. Had we known that Cashel Town B&B housed long-term residents we would not have opted to stay here. My partner and I booked for two nights in the studio separate to the main building. Our first night spent in the studio was poor because it was cold, a strange musty smell, the floor needed hoovering (we noticed a dead earwig on the floor and a cigarette butt on the bathroom windowsill), and there was loud noise for most of the night from the upstairs guests. We complained to staff the next morning and they were so kind to move us to a different room for the second night of our stay. The new room was much nicer but the bed was broken - it made such loud noises/creaks when you moved in it and it made me feel very uncomfortable in case the other guests could hear me toss and turn as I move a lot in my sleep. We completed our stay in Cashel Town B&B far more tired than we started it. Neither of us could sleep well for the reasons above.
price/night: R$ 282 7. 8 Good 147 reviews The location is good. They lodge is very stylish and neat, we enjoyed our stay. The lady, working there, did her best to get our air conditioning working, even called an electrician, but unfortunately he did not manage to get it working. But luckily it was not as hot and we enjoyed our stay. Leana Avg. price/night: R$ 340 9. 0 Superb 726 reviews Always have a very good breakfast at Acacia lodge. Staff very helpful and friendly. David I loved everything about this place. The service was excellent and the lodge is absolutely stunning! Mmasaka Rachel The lodge is situated in the heart of Bloemfontein and very close to everything, yet it was very easy to find and close to the N1 Highway which was a bonus since I used my stay as an overnight point between JNB and CT. The frontdesk staff member was super professional and well presented.
